ScaleNodes is a product of ValeBytes Limited. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ScaleNodes ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScaleNodes provides a production infrastructure control plane for deploying and operating web applications, managed nodes, databases, object storage, backups, serverless tasks, marketplace applications, and related AI capabilities. The Service is operated by ValeBytes Limited.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law, abuse infrastructure, interfere with other customers, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Billing

Fees for paid workloads and plans are due according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in your account. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges.
